Last Saturday I texted Albert with a concern we had about our front door. Within a very short space of time Albert had phoned me to ask for details and was at my house within the hour.
Albert evaluated the problem, provided a short term remedy and said that Steve would come to our house (at a time to be sorted on Monday) to deal with the substantive issue. I was emailed first thing on Monday and Steve came at 12.30pm. Steve spent over an hour sorting the problem and everything was resolved...
