I called the shop after I damaged my Watch looking for advice really, the Team advised they carry out service and repair and after discussion what had happened I felt instantly at ease and reassured repair was possible for a like new finish.
I dropped the watch in and I was impressed with the shop itself, the lads seemed very busy doing deals but still had a few minutes for general chat.
I received a call from Hendo after inspection to discuss what the repair involves including costs and further reassurance that my watch was in safe hands. You can tell he is passionate about his job and watches themselves!
I received the watch today, Hendo personally delivered it to my work as he was passing and we spent a bit of time chatting! Great guy!
The repair itself I am astonished! Fantastic thank you. The cost is a fraction of what Rolex would charge and his attention to detail certainly shows!
