At Time2TimePiece each and every one of our pre-owned watches has received a full case and bracelet valet prior to being dispatched to the customer. During this process any surface scratches are professionally polished out by our on site watchmaker to ensure that your pre-owned watch is as indistinguishable from a brand new watch as possible.

After-Sales We offer excellent after-sales service and are always here to help with any problems. We are also well placed to help in the long term care of your watch when it comes to servicing and repairs etc.

We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee with each and every one of our watches and if customers are dissatisfied with their purchase for ANY reason a full refund/exchange will be given provided that goods are returned in exactly the same condition in which they were dispatched (in the case of unworn watches the wear seals must still remain intact).

All pre-owned watches are covered by our own 12 month mechanical warranty.
