I visited to look at the eye-catching pre-owned watch boutique which is upstairs and sells a variety of luxury timepieces and I met Andrea who was working in that area. He took pleasure in showing me some of the watches they had for sale in that collection and then showed me some of the store and the Rolex boutique also. I didn’t buy anything when I visited this store, and just browsed, but I was made to feel very welcome and valued. It left me feeling highly satisfied and I would definitely return to this store again. I recommend their high level of customer service and attention to detail, and Andrea who I dealt with was very professional, friendly and patient and allowed me the time to look at watches and show me the store. All of the staff are extremely helpful from the moment the security staff acknowledge you at the main entrance through to the point of sale as you leave with your new acquisition.
