Ruken Nur5 StarI called this branch enquiring about a watch I have been wanting for a long time. Spoke on the phone with Louis and he arranged an appointment in store. He was able to rearrange this appointment multiple times due to my never ending last-minute work commitments. Louis was great and knew exactly what I was after, very thorough and knowledgeable. He kept to his promise and was able to offer me the watch I wanted in a very short space of time. Very professional but personal service. I have already recommended this store to family and friends. From the point of walking in and being greeted by security officers to all members of staff making you feel welcome, to complimentary drinks, everything was amazing. Artemis Pazouros5 StarWe visited the Stratford Westfield store and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with the most friendliest staff members.
The new store looks lovely and feels a lot more warming.
We were assisted by Nadia who went above and beyond for us. She prepared a beautiful presentation, it was truly a special experience. Can’t praise her professionalism enough!!
The store manager Alex was amazing as well and our baby girl loved him!

Charles Hervais5 StarI recently embarked on the Rolex journey with the outstanding help of Harry at this branch.
I cannot praise his professionalism and knowledge enough when it comes to not only Rolex, but other timepieces too.
He is clearly passionate and is willing to spend time talking about the Rolex production centre in Switzerland and the bespoke foundry that they use for their precious metal pieces. Fascinating insight.
All other staff I interacted with were also charming, friendly and helpful. Alex the manager, Luke and others that I met were equally engaging. I have visited now on a number of occasions, and am blown away every time.

Walked in and asked to see an exhibition model and was greeted by all the staff who were so kind and friendly and was offered drinks as soon as I sat down( I didn’t catch all there names but shout out to you!). I dealt with Sam who was the nicest gentlemen and so helpful during my registration. I tried on many different watches and he was more than delighted to assist me which I really appreciated! One thing which makes this store stand out is that they dont judge you by appearances and they treat every customer the same which is something you dont see everyday. Overall, great store, great watches, great customer service from all the staff and security guards and I highly recommend Sam when dealing with watches:)Sunday 10th April 2022
