As a first time rolex buyer John could not have been more helpful. John was able to educate me on how the watch is authenticated, how often it needed to be serviced and where. As well as practical considerations such as adjusting the strap and how to wind the watch. From start to finish it was a fantastic professional service which I would recommend to anyone.
