Anthony Guansing1 StarHad a capacitor changed. New capacitor doesn't hold charge and they refuse to replace it with new capacitor to confirm if it is the issue. After several calls offered £10 refund but the hassle to get back to the shop is not worth it as I'd rather have the watch fixed and working. Very suspicious reasoning and blaming the watch to be faulty instead.Tuesday 24th May 2022

It was a lot of money so I asked around to a few other places, those other places quoted much more and I wouldn't have been able to afford fixing the watch if it weren't for WTC.
