We found ourselves in a right pickle when our caravan key snapped whilst holidaying nearby. It was Easter Sunday so I panicked we wouldn’t get sorted. I found VAT Locksmiths on Google and gave them a ring. They were super helpful and sorted us out straight away, at a really great price! Pretty much saved our holiday! Thank you!

Can’t thank Terry enough I phoned him at 1 am on Saturday morning because I couldn’t get my front door open. He stayed on the phone with me giving me instructions to try and rectify the issue and eventually we did manage to resolve the problem. He was very knowledgable and his service was outstanding. Will definitely use again if I have any more issues. Thanks again Terry.

Turned up at the stated time and quickly discovered what the issue was. The required part eventually had to be ordered but not before numerous stockist had been called and visited to see if one could be obtained sooner. As soon as the part arrived back round to fit it. Further to fitting the new part others issues were spotted and rectified at no extra cost. Superb service from a very professional locksmith. Would recommend and will use in the future should I need him.
