I brought my beautiful watch to be repaired here & was charged an extortionate amount for it to be fixed. It took over 8 months when I was promised it would be done in 2 weeks, I got excuse after excuse & promises that it would be fixed. It never was & in fact he wrecked my watch. He then proceeded to blame me for his failings. DO NOT GO HERE. HE WILL NOT FIX YOUR WATCH & WILL DESTROY IT. I then went to a qualified watch maker & he was shocked by the damage done by the previous efforts. The man is not qualified to handle any watch.

What a nice service. I was struggling with an open watch lid after battery replacement which I couldn't close as it required a special tool which I didn't have. Tried everything on it before giving up and bringing it to this shop. I definitely recommend it. Will bring all my watches for battery replacement here going forward. Thank you.
