I contacted Tony who came 90 mins later and updated me to say he was on his way when he was close. Tony had to find and install a replacement lock which he did about a week later. Cannot express in words my gratitude for the professional high standard service I received from this company the locksmith was on another job. Kept me updated on how long they were going to be to get me. When arrive on Job very friendly and committed to completing task in hand and creating minimal damage as my lock was resistant to being drilled.
