Paul Bellwood5 StarGreat service, on a Friday night call out! Recently had a new door fitted a month ago, which had a mechanical failure, locking us inside the house!
Arrived within 20 minutes and was able to open the door in around the same time. Had good lock knowledge, and fitted a new secure barrel to elevate the issue, while we contact the door manufacturer for a fix.
Provided sound advice, on all elements of security, and provided recommendations for a decent door mechanism from the supplier.

Fiona Cole5 StarAn amazing service . Really prompt and efficient. We had accidentally locked ourselves in our front room due to a faulty lock. After an initial panic (!) I did a Google search and luckily found Dave from Towergate locksmiths. He said he would be with us in 20 minutes and arrived in less than that.He gained access by getting over the back gate and coming in through the back door and fixed the lock immediately. He also gave us excellent advice on how to replace the faulty lock. Very professional service . The price charged was extremely reasonable .
