Just had the lads from Top Lock Locksmiths round to fix our back door. Was given their number from someone else and even though they're based in Barnsley they were happy to come over to Chesterfield to sort it out for us and put my pregnant partners mind at ease. Super friendly blokes, came on time when they said they would and did a top job on the door and had it fixed very quickly and a very reasonable price for the quality of service. Would definitely use them again in future. Thanks lads 👍🏻

Today I had Tom out to put me a new lock on the back of my shop. Absolutely amazing customer service, was really polite throughout and got the job done with no messing! Extremely reasonable price and the work carried out was 5*! I will be having Tom back to change other locks and would 100% recommend !! Thanks so much ☺️

Fantastic service today! I had issues with the lock on my back door yesterday but thought it might rectify once the temperature had cooled. This morning it still didn’t lock so I called Top Lock and they were able to come out this afternoon. Really friendly, polite and they were also able to do another job that I had wanted doing whilst they were here. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again :)

Absolutely lovely blokes, fantastic communication from first phonecall to last wave off as well as fantastic workmanship, saved there number for any future work I need doing, would happily recommend to anyone, great prices too! Called to see if they could repair an entry lock where insurance company and installer failed. Came out quickly and knew which bit needed replacing and all done within 30 minutes. The guys were friendly and professional throughout and done an excellent job. Would highly recommend them based on this service alone.
