Absolutely shocking service! Was told at 4:30pm somebody would be with me within the hour, whilst clearly stating to them I was locked outside with my 4 year old. An hour passes with no sign of anyone. I then manage to get through to someone on the emergency number who states that they hadn’t even been informed of my job and wouldn’t be able to be with me for at least 2 hours (this is after already waiting an hour which should have been the longest) Very poor service from a company that claims to pride themselves on great customer service. If I was you I would look elsewhere for an urgent locksmith!

It is as written on tin. Keys copies: done properly. It was also the only place who accepted with reasonable price the dry clean very long curtains. Opening hours not always convenient but the person in that tiny office is alone there so really cannot ask anything more.

The customer service was fine and more than acceptable although the product it self was not. I paid 18pounds for 2 keys and one of witch broke with in 5 uses considering a higher price than most, You would hope it would last longer than a kinda egg toy but unfortunately not. (would not reccomend)

The store staff are very helpful. They provide a range of services and products. It is a convenient location for quick stop, located near the entrance, nearby the department store Debenhams, for watch repairs, change a battery, order parts for your watch to have a set of keys cut.

The customer service I have received was exceptional. I had an old watch that I wanted it to be brought back to life and that's exactly what the guys at Timpson did. Since it's an old watch they made the wrist band from scratch. Looks just like new now, couldn't be happier!
