Mystery Consumer5 Star5* so you'll all be aware that the Timpson store in Buchanan St is a FAILURE.
-Insane charge for replacing the heel tips of my ankle boots, and they also ruined the surrounded area of the heel.
In general they did barely adequate work. Unless I find stuff that THEY KNOW THEIR JOB and SHOW ATTENTION TO DETAIL, I won't visit Timpson ever again.Thursday 12th May 2016
