Michael Ferguson1 StarWent to have two keys cut. Asked if he could straighten “original” as well. He said it might snap. Tried new keys, they didn’t work. Went back but they close at 4 on Sunday’s. Went back AGAIN Monday. Different guy asked if I had original rather than a copy to use. I said yes and he redid the same keys. Went home and they still didn’t work. Took them back AGAIN and asked for refund. Reluctantly refunded me implying it was my fault as I gave them a bent duplicate to copy. Not once did the first guy inform me they might not work or that an original is bestMonday 20th August 2018
