Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve seen. Posted a sign on the doors stating “will be back at 12:40”. So we waited, along with another couple, who were told to return at 12:30. During our wait, a lady passing introduced herself as the managers wife. When we asked if she could ring him, she replied “I don’t want to get involved”. (So why stop and introduce yourself?) Anyway, he arrived back at 13:25, and proceeded to shout at the other lady waiting, saying his wife had rang him and said we were abusive to her. (Untrue). He then dropped the bombshell that he hadn’t even repaired the shoes that she had been waiting for 3 hours to collect. We were waiting to drop some boots off to be repaired, but decided against it due to his attitude, and we are now off to Sainsbury’s timpsons

Today the 6th ov Jan these guys at timpsons I bought a high profile scooter an the fella YOU KNOW WHO U R GODSEND an to be honest he shouldn't ov been able to put my tire back on my scooter motor wheel I paid 400 pounds at halfords I hav mobile problems the man made my day so a big thank you to the guy an this reminded me ov takin ya bine as a kid an they sorted it charged me nothing an took sum time to help me thanks gear people halfords shame on u tube 😃😃😃😃😃😃🙃😇😇😇😇😇
