A hugh thanks to Barry today. The strap to my dad's watch which I wear every day since his passing broke and luckily fell off me in the house. Was not sure where to go to get it fixed here in Ballymena so went to Timpsons and Barry said leave it with me a while. On returning he had it fixed at no charge! What a lovely person. I will definitely be letting others know about the great customer service here !

I have to say, my request was far from orthodox and the deadline was unforgiving. But ultimately the man behind the counter and by proxy Timpson itself delivered on my request of engraving a military shell with my brothers name. Honestly I could not have been happier with the end product.

I took a new pair of leather heels to have the strap adjusted at the back as they where slipping off, had told the gentleman to leave an inch and a half length at the leather/elastic join, the gentleman was friendly and said no problem, on collection one shoe was perfect but the other had much more removed and was uneven therefore it was too tight, handed shoes back, clearly explained to the gentleman the issue, no apology, collected today and they'd taken more off the shoe that the length was fine on to make it match the shoe that they had taken too much off, the shoes are now unwearable as my foot is now pushed to far forward, very disappointed, a brand new pair of shoes I paid good money for that I unfortunately will not be able to wear.
