I had excellent customer service by Dani.He was very friendly,polite and he was very knowledgeable. He replaced the batteries in my 2 watches also brought them over to me to my car when they were done.Dani is a credit to the Company.

Poor Customer service To whom it may concern, I am writing to inform you of the unsatisfactory service I received from Timpsons regarding the repair of my Timex watch. On the 05th of July 2023, I visited your store and requested a battery replacement. During the process, the staff member named Danny accidentally damaged the water seal of my watch. He apologized for the mistake and assured me that he would replace the water seal at no extra cost. He also gave me a written confirmation of this agreement. However, when I came back to the store to collect my watch, I was informed by another staff member that the water seal was not replaced and that they could not honour Danny's agreement. He claimed that Danny was not authorized to make such a promise and that I would have to pay for the replacement myself. I was very dissatisfied and annoyed by this response, as I had expected Timpsons to provide a trustworthy and professional service. I have tried to contact the store manager several times since then, but I have not received any satisfactory explanation or resolution for this issue. As a consequence of this poor service, I have left a negative feedback on Google review and I am considering taking further action if this matter is not resolved quickly. I request that you honour the original agreement and replace the water seal on my Timex watch as soon as possible. If you fail to do so, I will have no option but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate authorities and share my experience with the public.
