Excellent service from Tony in the Deal Timpson's. I had my passport photograph taken, which was then digitally stored for access by the passport office. Applied online for passport, giving code obtained from Tony and passport arrived within ten days! Absolutely brilliant. 💯

Came to have my high heels fixed and he agred to it.However, one of the soles in one of the shoes was coming off a bit and I asked him if he could fix it too. He then proceed to open the gap between the sole and the shoe nearly completely and he told me it could not be fixed in an abrupt way.I have now a shoe whose sole is nearly fully removed and coming off when at the beginning was only a bit unglued. Totally gutted as I took my shoes to get fixed and now I have to throw them away.No coming back again ever.

I needed passport photos urgently & this proved to be the perfect place to get them. A very helpful friendly & professional man took my photo's, using a quality digital camera & twenty minutes later I had four photo's. Timpsons offer a wider range of services other than shoe repairs & key cutting........ who knew??

We love our shoes and don't know where we would be without these highly skilled craftsmen to repair the ones we love. Superb service , quality repairs and worth every penny we would highly recommend them. Also invaluable key cutting service we have used many times and so handy for them to be just in the high street when you need a key cut urgently .
