Exceptional service today from Peter, left very happy with faith restored in humanity. I went in-store for a watch battery replacement for an elderly neighbor who is unable to leave their home. Peter was very professional and Friendly and to top it off he insisted no charge for his service. Thank you so much it's highly appreciated.

Barnsley Tesco Extra Timpsons (Stairfoot, Barnsley) I have visited Damien many times over the years and find his customer service skills faultless. I am from Milton Keynes and visit Barnsley monthly to see my 87 yr old dad. I periodically visit Damian for watch batteries for dads watches, but have even had keys cut for myself as he is so much friendlier than any Milton Keynes Timpsons. Today he had Manu working with him. Another smiling face who is clearly pickup all Damian's customer service expertise. Very happy with today's visit, service, lifetime guarantees and smiles/banter. Thoroughly recommended! The gentleman who changed battery on my father's Rotary watch found it still didn't work. But his 18+ yrs experience taught him to try a lesser known battery...which worked. This is now written on my lifetime battery guarantee, so if Dad needs another a) we know which modern day battery number works and b) it's free with lifetime battery warranty (cost £15.99 - only a few pounds more than a one off battery change). Meanwhile we had a good chat... lovely, helpful, kind gentleman! Excellent customer service!!! Thoroughly recommended.
