Ryan was an absolute super star!😁🤘🤘🤘 I had bought a chunky tungsten bracelet for my husband's birthday & the company had made it too big & then gone bankrupt!! I went to several jewelers to try & get a link taken out but none could do it! Ryan did this for me in 10 minutes & didn't charge me anything! What a great guy & fantastic customer service! THANK YOU RYAN!🤩 ⭐⭐⭐

Ryan, the manager of the George Street branch, could not have been more helpful. He managed to cut keys for my 49 year old Triumph Spitfire despite only having one key which was not the original and somewhat worn and bent! What a star!

Visited the store to get some passport sized photos done and was served by Ryan. What a very helpful young chap he was. The advice he gave us on taking the photos so they would be acceptable for a drivers license put our minds at ease. Some times you can visit stores and people don't care about customer services but this chap did. If only all stores where like this and offered the same level of customer service. Will return to your store.

Took a lock in that had a key broken off in it on the off chance that it could be removed. Ryan did an excellent job - he loves a challenge! Removed the key within 10min and didn't charge, so here's a positive review instead. Saved me around £80 on a new lock.
