Took a water proof watch for battery change, received it unsealed so it started condensing. Most places would of seal it right away without asking you if you want it to be “tested” so they can seal it or not since it already states on the back of the watch that its water resistant which means water proof. Incompetent people, avoid at all cost!

Live 30-odd miles away now but nowhere nearer compares to here when it comes to battery replacement, price and quality service. Worth the trip to get it sorted and always satisfied. Highly recommended.

I was left a 1880 / 1900 pocket watch by my grandad who passed away last week, this watch it very sentimental to me as you can imagine, belonging to my grandad, I noticed a small washer was loose and rattling around inside the case, I took the watch to Time-Piece who looked at the watch for me while I waited, the gentleman was very friendly and professionally, and gave me some really good advice on what was needed. I would highly recommend using these, as I've previously said they're very friendly and professionally, and not out to to fleece you! Genuine people. A****

I previously went to two other well known jewellers who stated they could not remove a link on my Rado watch. I rang up and these guys said they could do it. I turned up without an appointment and it was no trouble for Jack and Adam to fix what others couldn’t. Great service, reasonable price, friendly, well mannered staff who did all they could to ensure the watch fitted perfectly. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

Took partners grandads watch to be fixed before Christmas brought it home stopped working within about an hour. My mother had a similar experience and couldn't find her receipt so they wouldn't accept she'd had a battery changed earlier the same week and the watch had stopped working straight away again, finally agreed to have a look at the watch again after complaining and seemed to make up a reason to charge again for more work. Brand new watch that just needed a new battery doesnt magically stop working. Think the place is a con and certainly won't be getting any further business from me my family or hopefully people who read this review. Beware of watches stopping working after a few hours, keep your receipts or just stay clear and go somewhere else. Funnily enough another place fixed both watches for a much smaller cost and they are both still working weeks later... hhmmmmmm 🤔🤔
