Had a scratched dome glass replaced. I received a cheap flat glass. The bezel of the watch is scratched all over, showing that whomever replaced the glass is very inexperienced, and was just prying the old glass out.
The watch looks worse than when I took it in in the first place.

Oz1 StarWe gave our watch for a battery replacement and the man didn’t seal the watch properly. Because of that, water entered the watch. When we took it back to the repair guy, he responded “I did all I could” do not go here if you value your watch.Friday 15th April 2022
Michaela5 StarVery pleased with the service- I came in and had two batteries replaced for 2 watches. I was assisted by the lady behind the counter, who was very polite and friendly. She even shared some knowledge with me saying " to always check my batteries in my watches Because if they are dead for a long period, it could cause serious damage to your watch"
