They repaired my clasp very quickly and at a very reasonable price. They were extremely professional and efficient.
I would highly recommend for any watch repairs you may need. Very professional service.

Richard P5 StarHaving dropped my Tag automatic chronograph watch on the floor with the result being it was gaining 1 hour in 24, I took the watch along to Tic Toc for repairs. The initial inspection was done in the timescales they said and the quote gave a full breakdown of what was needed, all the parts etc. It wasn't cheap but was in the ballpark my investigations suggested it would be.
The repairs are now done; yes it took a while but they said it would so no issues there.
I know have the watch back, working perfectly again and all in all, totally pleased with the service.
If you have a quality watch that needs sorting properly, it will take time and money but I'm impressed with my dealings here.

Larry Star5 StarWell I was sent a pack to post my watch this was spot on so there was no mistake when sending parcel at post office this you have to pay but thats OK its all added to you bill I asked for a battery and seal I got my watch back well wrapped with in the week 5 star service and then some. Jonathan Stylianou5 StarBrought my Rolex 5513 in to replace the plexi glass and pressure test. After calling several watch repair stores in London, Tic Tok Man were the only place that would do the job on the same day at a very reasonable price. Dropped the watch off in the morning and picked it up early afternoon. The service was excellent and I would happily come back again.
