So happy with Darren for whom nothing seems to be a problem. This was the second time we have asked for Darren's help and again the service he provides is second to none and very reasonably priced too. I strongly recommend him if you any issues with your locks.

Broken key in my front door - not the easiest job ! Here within half an hour, got straight to it - very professional, old lever lock drilled out and replaced with a new one. Good clean job, so glad I used a local company and the price he charged was much less than a national one would have. Very highly recommended !!!!!

I really can't rate Darren highly enough. Got home from work at 5.45 on a dark, cold and rainy night and discovered I'd lost my door key. A frantic search brought up a number for an emergency locksmith in Northampton, but I got an answering machine. Searching again for locksmiths in Daventry, I rang Through the Keyhole and was answered immediately. When I explained what had happened, Darren said he would be with me in 15 minutes, and he was. After a check of the locks, he had to work on the back door, made much harder because the key was in the inside. After successfully opening the door, Darren fitted me a new lock and made everything secure. I was genuinely expecting to pay at least twice as much for the call out and the work in the rain and was stunned at the amazing price charged. Darren is a lovely guy and I would recommend him to anyone. I'm definitely know who to call next time.

Problem with locking mechanism on front door. Rang at 11AM. Darren was on our door step by 1.30PM. Diagnosed the problem quickly, making sure we understood what he was doing and what he had found. New barrel fitted with 1 year parts and labour guarantee and 5 keys. All done and dusted in about 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional service...right down to the mobile tech he uses to process your card and mail you the invoice.
