I took my damaged CASIO G-Shock to get a screen replacement. The guy who took my watch was excellent and really helpful. It did take a while to get the watch diagnosed, repaired and then returned but for only £85 that's fine. The watch came back looking good as new I was delighted with the overall service I recieved. Thank you!

If there was a zero star that's the rating they would have got. I get a Tag Heuer in about 8 weeks ago for a service and repair totally £490. I rang this morning to ask for an update. There is a date on the receipt which I appreciate but thought I'd see if it was back in. The rudest Manager took my call. Wouldn't give me his name and when I asked for the Head Office number he said they didn't allow to give it out, only an email address. Keep saying it's protocol that they wouldn't chase for an update from the workshop until the due date. I don't think I was asking too much to see if it was back in or would be in sooner as it's 9 weeks since I put it in. The Manager kept saying he didn't see what my problem was. I kept calm when I asked him for an update and the Head Office details then he said he would chased and slammed the phone down on me. My advice is never use these guys. It doesn't take too much to be nice and understand but this guy effeminately gets the award for worst customer service every experienced. The watch is extremely sentimental to me and and all I asked for was an update. Just left a message for their Customer Service team to ring me back. Looking forward to seeing if I get the same level of service there!

Got my watch fixed , it had to be sent to their repair centre . Seems to be a lack of communication here .l got a estimate of £45 for repair from their website . However when l took it to the shop on Northumberland St . I was quoted £180 !! Luckily l had the e-mail with the £45 quote. Which was accepted.

I wold just like to compliment The Watch Lab on the calibre of it's staff. I recently purchased a Croc Grain calf padded watch strap for my watch in early February and consulted with the technician Mark Donachie. Mark demonstrated excellent customer service skills and gave good advice on which strap would best suit my watch. He was efficient and very helpful. In addition, he was well presented and extremely personable. A good shopping experience. Thank You.

give watch to repare and been advised that watch will be ready in 30 min. At the time member of staff never advise me that if i dont come back with in that time he may go for a break for over a hour. when i returned to shop after 2 hours the door was closed with the note ''back soon sorry for the incovienience''. i stood outside the shop for over a hour, when the guy come back he let him self in to the shop and close the door again, another 20 min outside and at this time I give up and went home. it is a very poor customer service, never been told about break times. i never seen shop closing for over a hour to have a break and not let the customer know about it. i have paid £20 for the new battery in my watch and shop in gateshead charge only £10 with the same years guarante. i will never recomend this shop to anyone, and i will make sure i never use them again!!!
