Amazing service. Changed my watch battery in front of me in seconds when another shop told me 5 weeks and over twice the price. Friendly and very well priced. I would highly reccomend.

Fantastic service! Went in today to get a new strap for my watch - the guy was very friendly and showed me lots of options and the benefits of the type of strap I was buying. Would 100% reccommend and come again :)

The polite, professional staff only took a few minutes to fit batteries into two workaday watches that I had taken in. Good to see that this company use Renata Silver Oxide batteries. I find these watch batteries to be very reliable and last a long time. They are not prone to the leakage problems that some cheap batteries suffer from. In my view it's worth spending a little more to have decent, long lasting silver oxide batteries fitted to your watch because if you buy cheap, you'll probably end up buying twice.

Thes guys are great, I've had my Seiko Kinetic Auto Replay watch serviced here several times over the last 12 or so years... Every time the service is on point, they've always rectified any problems with my watch and it's a good 18 years old now, wouldn't be surprised if it started to become difficult to get parts for it now - over the years I've had the Dial/Face replaced, a new movement installed, and recently a new capacitor, and soon I will be returning to these most excellent folks to have the gasket replaced and pressure tested to restore the watches water resistance to its original ability, would have had it done during this visit but I didnt ask about it untill I arrived to collect the watch for the capacitor replacement and was told it failed the pressure test. it's not operationally critical and I don't swim or dive wearing it so another time is fine to get it sorted, point is - they could have done it had I realised and asked ealier. Not a single bad thing to say, always done me right over more than a decade of service and repairs.
