Awful experience. Really need to work on their customer service. Girlfriend and I went in there hoping to purchase a vintage air king. As soon as you enter you are not made to feel welcomed - A look of disdain and nonchalant attitude is given off. I would consider myself normal and civil - not sure why they have this condescending approach. On another note - watches are extremely over priced. Sad in way, after all the years I held a romantic quintessential bygone era of this place. Was shattered in one minute. Would not recommended.

I agree with all the reviews. The WORST customer service I have ever had. The employee made it very clear he thought the watch was fake and tossed it back to me after being extremely dismissive. Go to the other places in Burlington Arcade. No idea how they are still trading. Would give no stars if there was the option.

What ever you do, if your into watches, make sure this is the last watch shop on earth you visit or support. Walked in with my dad to do two things, firstly ask them if they would be interesting in buying a vintage Rolex 1655, and secondly my dad wanted to look at a vintage Daytona (little did the idiot know we can afford) David asked us to leave as i dont think we were well dress enough for him despite my dad and i both wearing Pateks under or sleeves. After we were thrown out we were shocked and ended up just looking through the window of the watch shop next door (DWL) scared to go in, just in case we endured the same treatment David just gave us. Danny came out the shop to compliment us on the watches we were wearing and the funny part is we ended up buying a watch and selling the watch with Danny from DWL next door! If you wanted to be treated like dirt and a filthy peasant, go to see David & Co. from the vintage watch shop. Based on their other reviews, they wont disappoint.
