I recently purchased a watch from The Ribble watch Company, and I was very impressed with the service I received. The watch was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I also appreciated the fact that Photos were sent of the insured posting of the watch & I was able to be home for the delivery. A while after I purchased my watch, I noticed that the spare NATO strap had a small issue. I contacted Dave @ Ribble customer service, and he was very helpful. They sent me a new band free of charge and it arrived within 24 hours, He also sent a spring bar tool free of charge! I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend The Ribble Watch Company, to anyone looking for a new watch. The company has excellent customer service, and they stand behind their products. Here are some specific details about the service I received: The watch was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. A new band was sent free of charge and arrived within 24 Hrs. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received! Thank you, guys!!

Spoke to David and everything I requested, from images to video of the watch he was happy to assist, through out the whole purchase I was informed daily and confirmation confirmed through out the whole process. I even had a few extras given as well which was a brilliant bonus, the price was was brilliantly compared to others In the present market. Watch packaged very well as couldn’t make it to the shop for a personal appointment. Watch was Bette then described. So happy with the purchase and would definitely use them again. Richard
