I was really disappointed on this visit. Lots of products had no price showing. Some items had two prices shown, with a third, higher price (more than double that displayed) charged at the till. Staff were quite disinterested .

Avoid. False advertising. Whenever you see anything marked as discounted, it will never be automatically discounted at the till. I was aware of this, so just made sure they would discount the Christmas Card I bought by 50% (as advertised everywhere.) Needless to say they would only discount by 30% as 'exclusions apply' I'm done with this place. Nobody likes being ripped off. Also, in general this place is very expensive for cheap Chinese rubbish. HomeBargains in my opinion is a much better alternative, much, much cheaper.

Bought a calor gas heater £163, so not cheap. delivered from another company. so badly engineered I had to wait to get a professional to put together and then the ignition didn't work. In my view a dangerous and potentially lethal bit of kit. I am surprised they put their name to it! I will await their response before contacting trading standards. I will not be using this company again!

Well stocked but sometimes its the things you need they don't have or sold out. Poor label pricing difficult to see how much things are as labels pulled off and not replaced. Not enough staff on the check outs.
