Scott was amazing. I called first thing in the morning explained the problem he listened & told me exactly what he would do. He attended site very promptly & was respectful to my elderly Aunt. This is the 2nd time I have used his services. Highly Recommend him.


After learning a little about the British Standard locking mechanisms and how easily some locks can be tamper and drilled, I spoke with Scott, of Pick of the Bunch Locksmiths regarding my concerns. Scott said he would come round to check the locks on my property for me to ensure they were BSI standard.

We arranged a time, and Scott also texted me on the day to advise he was on his way. On checking the locks, sadly, they were not BSI standard so he very quickly changed all the locks, providing 3 keys for each and showed me the difference between the ones he had taken out of the doors and the new ones.

I highly recommend Scott. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked speedily and I must say I do now feel much safer:-) I will definitely be recommending Scott to friends and family.

I've used Scott a few times now - for installing new locks & cylinders in a broken door, having locks changed after we moved in, as well as doing repairs. Scott was always responsive, professional, communicated well and managed to fit in his visits around my availability. He is also reasonably priced and did a great job with minimum fuss.

Scott came to my rescue twice in the same day in record time when I locked myself out after having new locks fitted and a Chubb installed on my new door.

I also had a balcony door that locked automatically from the outside so Scott changed that so I can live without fear of being locked out from my own home!!

Scott replied to my query quickly and was prompt and professional in all his dealings with us. He went above and beyond to get hold of a new lock for us, and even came out to fit the new lock outside his normal working week. He was also very reasonably priced, and tried to find us a sensibly priced lock! I would definitely use The Pick of the Bunch again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them.
