He has a wealth of knowledge and can answer any Qs relating to looking after or purchasing jewellery. His valuations are so accurate, well presented and value for money at 1% of the valuation or £20, dependant on the value of the item. (He advises to keep these estimates up to date for insurance purposes, to reflect your current value). I would highly recommend the ethical jeweller in Otley as Rory’s customer service and customer care is the reason we keep returning and are happy to support our local businesses.Saturday 26th September 2020
Sally Clayton1 StarIf I could give this lady a zero rating I would ! My partner and I went in today and was met with a disgusting look and asked if we had masks ? I said no she then shook her head and wasn’t prepared to serve us ! I would like to add there was a big plastic screen between us . We immediately left feeling very shocked and went around the corner to Aura jewellers , a completely different experience . AVOID AVOIDTuesday 2nd November 2021
