Purchase two Tag watches on Sunday. Had only intended to buy one however for the first time in a long while I was treated with respect and and given the time and Information I required to make my purchase. I was very impressed with the salesman named Vlad and I will use him again. I highly recommend the Tag Heuer Boutique and would be happy to spend my time and money with Vlad. I want to say thank you to Ollie Pennells, the assistant manager at TAG Heuer in Lakeside shopping centre, for a memorable experience and 10/10 experience from start to finish. As I say this is my first luxury timepiece and I was unsure of what I wanted however Ollie spent a fair amount of time showing me some of the watches available, until I settled on the new Red Bull Racing Formula One. I am going to cherish it as it is my first luxury timepiece and not only is it a perfect watch but the whole customer experience was perfect from the moment I set foot in the store. Flad, Jenna and Beckie all were smart professionals with lots of knowledge about the product but also zero sales pressure. They made me feel at home. Excellent experience. Because of those 3 I cannot recommend the lakeside store of tag heuer enough
