Avoid! Rude, lying scammers. Trading under a couple different names too.... Locked myself out of my flat and needed a locksmith to open the door, woman on the phone was very quick and snappy with the conversation, said they would have someone with us within an hour and when we asked her for a quote she very quickly said £59. We called between 7:30/7:45 so within an hour would’ve been between then and 8:30/8:45, she said he would contact us after our original phone call, however we didn’t hear off of anyone until 8:45. He told us he would be 15 minutes so we went and waited outside our home (with my 18 month old son) for him to arrive, by half 9 he still hadn’t arrived and we had to ring and query how long he would be, when he did eventually arrive he did the job well and fast, however it changed from an unlocking to a complete lock change which bumped up the price considerably and when it came to payment the price had jumped from the original £59 to £358! £100 charge for him arriving after 9pm as it was now an “evening charge” despite it being because of the company’s tardiness. It was pretty clear we were in a hard position and there wasn’t much clarification on the price so upon receipt we contacted the main office again, the woman’s as so rude, called me a liar and said wildly different things to the original conversation. She was sarcastic, belittling and nasty, and ended up shouting at me and hanging up the phone. Would never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone, massive scammers!
