John was great, i messaged him on the weekend re a non urgent problem with my patio doors and he came round the next working day. He was able to fix the problem in no time at all, replacing all the inside locking of the patio door. He left no mess as he tidied up and took the old parts with him to discard of. Great service and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

My review is well overdue, I had a problem with our existing alarm when we first moved into property. Nobody wanted to know, only Will! He came as soon as he could and made some recommendations, really liked his attitude and experience. In the end we went for a new alarm completely with the recommendations from Will. It was fitted all sorted within a couple of weeks. It's brilliant and so easy to use and we feel extremely confident either in or out now. I also have the relief knowing that if anything does go wrong with it, which it hasn't yet, and it's been in for quite a while now Will or John will come and sort! Thanks Will - Great Job - Jill

Absolutely excellent service! In one of my short stay apartments, my guest couldn't lock the door due to the extreme heat causing the door to warp. Immediately I rang Will, Sure Locks, at 17.45 and asked if he could help my guests. He changed his plans and went to site in 30mins! Sorted the problem and even waited til my guests were happy with the locking of the door themselves. In the Short Stay business, service to sort problems immediately is imperative and Will went above and beyond. I don't know what I would have done. Thank you.
