Brought a £365 watch and it stopped working after less then four months, took it back and they changed the battery and it stopped working after I week. Took it to an independent watch repairer and he advised a visit to a main dealer as it has serious faults, we felt cheated, would I go back …. Not ever. I have an expensive watch watch sitting in a bottom drawer doing nothing.

Awful Experience. Waited outside for around 5 minutes. Both staff members looked up and could see we were waiting then left us outside for another 5 minutes. Finally buzzed in. No apology. No explanation. Looking for a wedding ring and the young lady who served us could hardly speak. The gentleman I met who I assume was either Stuart or the bloke from shaun of the dead... couldn't really tell. Half asleep staring at the counter and dribbling. Couldn't helpfully answer a question and couldn't seem more disinterested in helping us find what we needed. With the level of customer service I recieved I wouldn't recommend this jewellers and im surprised its still open. What a dive. Note to owner. Employ new staff. Tidy up. If you are the owner. Retire.

Stuart's did an amazing job of resetting my diamond. At the same time they supplied and reset an old gold ring with an amazing emerald. I was blown away with how spectacular both rings look and they beat a previous quote by over £200. Superb friendly service...wouldnt go anywhere else! 😁👍💍

Purchased a ring on Tuesday 18th December needed resizing up 6 sizes. No problem ready Friday 21st picked it up Saturday 22nd in time for a merry Christmas. Very professional and helpful will definitely use again and recommend to anyone, by the way the ring looked lovely
