I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the recent call-out that you did at my house on Tuesday night.
I was stuck not being able to get into our downstairs bathroom as the internal privacy lock had broken and the door was locked shut.
After watching YouTube videos, I tried to get into the room myself but after an hour I contacted you for advice. Despite it being night-time, you came straight out to me and managed to release the faulty lock in no time at all.
