Locked out of my flat because the wind blew the door shut. Phoned Mike, and he was here in 20-30 mins. He placed his toolbox down and the door was open quicker than it slammed shut. Great and convenient. Without a doubt, this is the go to place if I have any issues with locks in the future. Great friendly warm service.
