Now the locking mechanism in my upvc main front door broke. Tried a few lock companies, but they weren't too clear what to do with my lock issues. Then I stumbled on Solid As A lock. They were very clear and decisive in their advice and confident that they can solve my lock issue. Which they did!. The next day my new lock arrived. This company has restored some faith I have in UK online companies. Their service was execellent. Well done guys, keep up the good work

Solid as a lock were recommended to us due to our new front door not being fitted properly by builders... the frame was coming away from the wall and it was a nightmare to lock the door. I called Wed morning and was greeted by a lovely woman who was so helpful. She arranged for Shane to visit that morning. Shane and his colleague sorted the door no problem and did an amazing job. We are so pleased. Both were lovely and clearly very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
