Smith's lock services was very helpful while dealing with an issue we had with our multi point lock. From the initial visit to assess the problem, all the way to payment, they were always attentive and proactive into finding the best solution to our problem. They were cordial, attentive and professional throughout the process. Because we have an old door what should have been a same-day fix became a multi day 'treasure-hunt' trying to find a suitable alternative for what turned out to be a discontinued element. However, they were always on top of the situation and made sure we got to a suitable solution at the end. I do not hesitate to recommending them, and will use them for any works that might need a locksmith in the future.

I phoned Smith's Locks as our double glazed back door was getting very difficult to open. It wasn't urgent, but they came the same day and re-aligned the door and made sure every bolt was locking perfectly. The price was very reasonable and we were delighted with the result. He also looked at out porch door and repaired the handle which was in addition to what I cad called him for. Highly recommended.
