Although Plymouth is our main base, we often travel as far west as Saltash, east to Ivybridge and north to Tavistock. I needed a locksmith urgently and contacted Sir Fix A Lot and they sent James out within the hour. He was very helpful, friendly and polite. Didn't have the part on the van but made sure our door was secure before leaving. He came back today and fitted necessary part and kept us informed of all he was doing. Would recommend him highly as he was very professional and we are very happy with the work done, communication and price charged. Thank you very much James.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so impressed with the service! I googled key cutting services open after 5pm and I found this place, drive there after work - I am not even joking but it took the lovely man to cut my key into my pretty picture key that I got with me from Amazon less than a minute! Such a quick and friendly service I know I will be coming back there for any other keys I need cutting for sure! I can highly recommend it! 😊

I’m really impressed with how quickly Paul responded to my call and they were flexible to my schedule. James came to fix my lock and so nice and helpful. He explained everything and was really quick at getting it sorted. I will be using Sir Fix a Lock again for any lock issues I have! I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, had a quote provided on the Thu and the work got completed on the following Tuesday. The team turned up early, everyone split up and started working on their individual tasks IE the doors and window locks.
