Gareth was first class. From the moment he answered the phone and the way he spoke, it was obvious he took his business seriously. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and efficient. He’s the kind of person you feel instantly safe with. When doing the job he was very thorough. He kept me informed. Explained clearly what needed to be done. He cleaned up after himself and was very friendly without being over familiar. He was lovely and the sort of person you’d feel safe having in your home. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I asked Gareth to cut some keys and to take at look at our doors, as I could feel drafts. All sorted now. The doors were realigned, and there are no more drafts, and three new keys are cut. Jobs a good one! Thanks so much, Gaz.
