Sean asked us to take a photo of the door so he could recommend the most appropriate lock and give an accurate quote for the work. He responded quick with his recommendation and quote saying he could carry out the work the following afternoon. He called an hour before he arrived and turned up on time. He carried out the work diligently and efficiently and kept us informed of the progress throughout. The lock has been installed very professionally and works well. Catherine Tuck5 StarSean called me almost immediately after I sent a message via the website. He was then able to come out that afternoon and didn’t charge extra despite it being a Saturday. He changed three external door lock and two window handles and also helped us make sense of various keys and locks we’d been struggling with!
He was really helpful and knowledgeable. Provided various price options and was clear on prices from the outset.
