I met Connor a couple of times. His knowledge and professionalism stood out from a very early stage. Demonstrated very good knowledge in relation to each timepiece we discussed. He is also smart, very passionate about watches like myself, has a good eye for detail and he is very friendly. Thank you and to the rest of the team for a nice welcome and service. Elliot5 StarLast week I had fantastic experience at Rolex Glasgow. I’ve dealt with Blaine on multiple occasions and his in-depth knowledge of the watches and his high level of customer service are the main reason I’d return.
The boutique is a non pressure environment to walk into, unlike other designer/high-end boutiques I’ve visited previously. I feel this is achieve by the quality of training of all the sales staff. Clearly a great ethos through this particular branch.
A massive thanks again to all the team and in particular Blaine for always keeping me up to date with particular requests, including a special purchase for my Mum’s upcoming birthday!Tuesday 5th April 2022

James is incredibly knowledgeable and a true asset to the team. The welcome I received from the host and the experience was unrivalled. James took time to talk me through the watch, size it and made sure I was happy with it. He answered all my questions in great depth and is a very welcoming and friendly individual. It was the best collection experience I have ever received and I will definitely return.

I've had the pleasure of visiting the store by appointment a number of times and each time I'm met with Blaine's first class customer service, product knowledge and general banter.
