Dave from Rockhopper Locks was quick to fit us into his diary. We had problems with our front door and, although the lock wasn't broken, he responded to our concerns as soon as he could. The work was done professionally and we would definitely recommend him again. Excellent service!

Dave previously fixed our back door lock with a replacement and a few months later a new problem presented itself which given his work first time round was covered by his warranty even though it was a very different issue. Dave solved this problem in very quick time and gave the door a full service but did not charge anything for this which in my opinion proves great service. He also presented a very honest attitude, avoiding the cost of a full mechanism replacement where others may have taken advantage, which is rare in today’s day and will definitely mean repeat business with myself should I need his services again. I would definitely recommend Rockhopper locks to anyone needing help with their door locks.

Contacted Rockhopper and got a response within an hour. Dave (locksmith) was extremely friendly and was able to change the locks for a new house I bought. Overall very happy with the service and the great job he did. Highly recommended!

We came across Rockhopper Locks by chance online and so glad it was Dave we decided to call as the whole experience has been excellent. Dave @ Rockhopper is polite, professional, quick to respond and from first phone call to initial visit was less than 30 minutes! We had quite a bit of work needing done as we are a commercial property and once the work was started Dave was very efficient and communication was excellent in terms of letting us know his plan. Would definitely recommend!
