****SCAM/FRAUD ALERT***** I contracted Robert to erect fence at my property, as the previous fence fell during the last storm. He provided a quote of £980 and we agreed on £900. I paid 60% of the agreed cost, which was £540. The initial cost was to enable him procure the materials required to carry out the work required. He never showed up on the agreed day (21-Feb-2022). I sent him messages and called him over 25times, he isn't responding. He has ceased all forms of communication. His registered business address is his mom's house, as I went looking for him. **AVOID ANY BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT WITH ROBERT.**

Absolutely outstanding service! I’d expressed that I was locked out and was in a complete state of panic as I had animals i needed to attend to. He kindly reassured me and attended my property within TEN MINUTES!! Gaining entry to my property within a blink of an eye. Truly the best service I have ever received and would 100% recommend. Pricing was very affordable and reasonable in comparison to any other local company I had frantically reached out to before locating him.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Robert Burns agreed to install a new door with cat flap. He initially asked for £820 up front but settled on £300 cash. He does not reply to phone calls, text messages or emails. He did answer calls twice, when he heard that the caller was my husband and I - he hung up! Totally unprofessional way to do business. Would not recommend.
