As an independent locksmith, when you make a call to REMS, it’s me that you get to speak to and me that arrives at your door to carry out the work needed. As a self-employed locksmith my overheads are low in comparison to national companies which allows me to give my customers a competitive quote.
I want customers to be happy with both the service that I provide, the security measures that I provide and with the work that is carried out.

He recognised the urgency of the situation and within 15 minutes of calling, the problem was solved. No damage whatsoever to the door or locks and no rip-off charge. Thaimonkey5 StarHad trouble getting a locksmith out that wasn’t charging extortionate rates just for turning up. Rang REMS on the recommendation of a friend and he came, sorted my locks, made a few security recommendations of his own and then left. He charged me a cracking rate too, one that didn’t add insult to the injury of having all my locks replaced, and I would happily recommend him to anyone.
