I visited Rafiq Watches for a battery replacement. I was given a warm welcome from Rafiq immediately. He took my order and kept me updated via text of the status of the work being carried out. Upon collection I had a lovely conversation with his son. Please support local businesses especially this one. I would recommend this establishment for that personal touch missing from the High Street jewellers.

A really friendly watch retail and repair shop run by an ex-pupil of mine. He repaired an unusual and very sentimentally important Storm watch strap for me in 10 minutes with plenty of friendly chat and all for free. Definitely recommend him.

Rafiq Watches. What an absolute delight to buy a watch from here. Service was second to none. The friendliness and attention to detail was better than some of the more prestigious places I have visited. Great value for money with prices from as low as 19.99 upwards. Quality Casio products, a great name with an established reputation. I would say to anyone who is looking to get a quality watch to visit this place. Guarantee, like me, you will NOT be disappointed. I shall without a doubt be visiting again.
