Tim Jacks2 StarWhat a disappointing experience with this company. Rolex sent in for service took almost 6 months when it came back bezel was not repaired so had to go back and more time wasted.
Tried to buy a Rolex (lots in store) but apparently these are not for sale just to look at. So they said they will put me on a list.
Almost a year goes by and not heard anything so go in talk about Tudor watches, during conversation sales guy let’s slip that only preferred customers get Rolex (ones that buy jewellery).
Few more weeks go by, I hear they have lost their affiliation with Rolex. I go in as been on a list for a year to see how this will effect me. Basically told by a guy grinning at me that I have wasted a year and will not get one.
Not surprised they have lost their authorised dealer status. Customer service is awful.
If you are reading this and on ‘A list’ I suggest calling them as I doubt they will call you to advise.
Take Rolex out the store they really have very little to offer in my opinion. In a years time they will regret how they have treated potential past customers.Wednesday 13th April 2022
Jill Francis1 StarDisappointed took my Dad's watch in for the face to be cleaned quoted a price by phone upon collection price was then very different.. apparently it was serviced. Watch working perfectly so it just needed face cleaning...looked exactly as it did when I took it into shop as when I picked it up.☹️Even more sad as this was a shop my dad worked in for many years with the original owner Dickie AustenWednesday 13th April 2022
