Great service. On a bank holiday weekend, our old door,l which had previously been stiff and challenging to lock, suddenly gave up the ghost and shut us out. Ray the locksmith arrived in the promised 20 minutes and quickly unlocked the door. Additionally, he removed the entire locking mechanism, identified the problem, replaced it, oiled it and adjusted the door's hinges so they are hanging correctly once more. The door now opens and closes quietly, which will make the neighbours downstairs very happy!

What a fantastic adventure! We recently purchased a new home and required new hardware and locks. They have fantastic customer service. On time, excellent communication, and just plain good. I'm sure you've been patient with me as well. I would strongly advise.

Our keys were replicated here. We didn't have to wait long because the crew was ready to assist us. The keys are excellent. They also upgrade locks. We haven't used the service yet, however if you are, they are quite skilled.

I was barred out of my home. crew  claimed he'd be there in twenty minutes, but it only took five, and by the time the twenty minutes were up, he had me back in my apartment. He made it appear simple and was also quite kind and pleasant. It comes highly recommended!

It arrived fast. I picked up the phone and answered it. His work is really efficient and he is quite friendly. In around 40 minutes, I completed 6 locks. Strongly suggested!
